Chapter 5: Taking the leap

Signing with Tomorrow.bio takes less than 10 minutes. Everything happens online, on your phone or laptop, with no printing. You only pay the membership fee at the end, the big cryopreservation amount (200,000 € for whole-body or 75,000 € for brain-only) stays unfunded until you add it later, for explample the life insurance policy.

Here is exactly what the process looks like today.

Step 1 – Create your account

You land on Tomorrow.bio and click “Sign up now” or “Become a member”.

You enter your name and email, tick the box for the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy, and you’re in.

You can also sign up instantly with your Google account if you prefer.

Once the account exists, you can log in anytime and finish the rest later, nothing is lost.

Step 2 – Personal information

The system needs the basic details that will later go into your legal cryopreservation contract:

• First and last name
• Gender
• Preferred language
• Phone number
• Date of birth and place of birth

Step 3 – Home address

Next you add your current address: street, postal code, city, and country.

This helps Tomorrow.bio know where to send your welcome box and make sure we are aware of your address in case of an emergency.

Step 4 – Choose whole-body or brain-only

Here you pick the type of cryopreservation you want:

• Whole-body cryopreservation – 200,000 € (covers the entire body + long-term storage in Switzerland)
• Brain-only cryopreservation – 75,000 € (also called neuropreservation, only the brain is stored)

You can change your mind later at no cost, as long as you tell them before anything happens.

Step 5 – Membership plan & payment

At this stage you only pay the membership fee that keeps you active and fully covered by standby teams. Three options exist:

1. Monthly – 50 € / month
2. Yearly – 500 € / year (saves 100 € compared to monthly) – the most popular choice
3. Lifetime – 9,999 € one-time (the amount paid will be credited to your cryopreservation cost, that will be reduced to 190.00 euro for whole body)

You pay with any credit/debit card (or Apple/Google Pay). After payment you are officially a member. Standby coverage starts immediately, and you receive a welcome email with your membership card, emergency necklace instructions, and next steps.

Step 6 - Onboarding

This is the last part, where you will be asked to:

• Choose your welcome box details
• Sign digitally the Biostasis Contract
• Decide to set up your funding method now or later on

What happens after you’re a member?

1. You get access to the Member Zone: contracts, emergency contacts, your data, news etc.
2. Within a few days you receive a physical welcome package in the post (bracelet, emergency card, stickers, necklace and contract papers).
3. Most people then set up life insurance (or increase an existing policy) to fund the 200,000 € or 75,000 €. Tomorrow.bio’s team can help you with insure as we have a partner in Germany.
4. That’s it. Once the insurance is in place, you’re fully funded!

A few practical notes

• You can stop or pause the membership at any time, no hidden penalties.
• If you already have life insurance, you simply add Tomorrow Biostasis GmbH as beneficiary for the chosen amount.
• Family plans exist: you can cover partner and children on the same account.
