Who is biostasis for?

There's no single type of person who chooses cryopreservation. Our members are students and retirees, engineers and artists, people from dozens of countries speaking different languages, living completely different lives. But they all share something fundamental: hope for the future.

‍

What connects everyone

Walk into a Tomorrow.bio member meetup and you won't see one demographic. You'll see diversity: different ages, backgrounds, professions, beliefs. What you will see is people who refuse to accept that their story has to end just because that's how it's always been.

Some sign up because they're genuinely afraid of death. That fear is real and valid. The idea of ceasing to exist is terrifying to them, and cryopreservation offers a possibility of avoiding permanent annihilation.

‍

But more commonly? People sign up because they want to see what happens next.

‍

The curiosity factor

Most of our members aren't running from death, they're running toward the future. They're curious. They want to know how the story continues. What will humans achieve? What technology will we develop? What questions that seem impossible today will we answer tomorrow?

They're frustrated by the idea that they'll miss it all just because they were born too early. They look at the pace of change, what we've accomplished in the last century, what might be possible in the next, and they think: "I want to be there for that."

It's not about being special or important. It's about valuing experience and consciousness enough to think that continuing to exist is worth trying for, even if the attempt is uncertain.

‍

Maybe that's you

If you're reading this, you're probably curious about the future. You probably think about mortality more than most people. You probably wonder what it would be like to see humanity's next chapters unfold.

That curiosity, that hope, that refusal to accept death as inevitable, that's what makes someone a candidate for cryopreservation. Not your age, income, profession, or where you live. Just whether you value the possibility of continued existence enough to act on it.

Biostasis is for anyone who believes the future is worth seeing. Anyone who thinks their consciousness is worth preserving. Anyone who refuses to accept that the end is truly the end.

If that sounds like you, you might be exactly who this is for.
