The Member Zone is where your membership lives: the record of what you signed, the proof you are funded, the contacts we call in an emergency, and the documents that turn your wishes into something legally enforceable. It is, in a quiet way, the control panel for a decision you may have made years before it matters.
So it is worth a tour. There are five sections, each doing one job, and we will be honest at the end about what is solid today and what is still being rebuilt.
Five sections, five jobs
Your profile. Your membership at a glance: when you joined, your current status, your date of birth, and your active plan. This is the at-a-glance answer to the only question that matters in a hurry, namely whether your coverage is live right now.
Billing overview. Your current balance, your payment history, and the controls to upgrade your plan. Complete transparency about what you pay and when, which is the same principle that runs through membership fees and the wider cost of cryonics: no hidden numbers.
Documents. This is the most important section, and the one people underuse. Here you store and check your biostasis contract, insurance policy, consent forms, and advance directive or testament. The Member Zone shows you what is complete and what still needs attention, which is exactly the gap that causes preventable problems. What is happening. The link to the wider community: the latest research, our events, and what is developing in the field. Cryopreservation is a bet on the future being better than the present, and this is where you watch that future move.

What the documents section is really for
It is tempting to treat the Member Zone as a place you visit once and forget. Resist that, at least for the documents. The single most common way a clearly-wanted preservation goes wrong is not scientific and not financial; it is a missing or unsigned piece of paper at the moment it is needed. Uploading your signed biostasis contract, your funding proof, and your advance directive here, where your closest people and our team can reach them immediately, is the cheapest insurance you will ever buy against that failure mode. The mechanics of standby, of what actually happens the moment you need us, all assume these documents exist and are findable.
An honest note on the current version
We are not going to oversell the tool. What you are seeing today is the early version, and the Member Zone is under active reconstruction. Over the coming months expect a ground-up redesign: better document management, smoother interactions, more personalized updates, and a cleaner way to stay informed. The current version is functional but basic. It does the necessary jobs, storing your records, showing your status, taking your payments, and it does them reliably, but it is not yet the thing we want it to be.
We say this plainly because calibrated honesty is the house style, the same honesty with which we tell you that revival is currently not possible. A dashboard being mid-rebuild is a far smaller admission than that one, and if we are straight with you about the hard thing, you can trust us on the small thing too.
