Ensuring your wishes are followed

Look, you've made the decision. You've signed up, sorted funding, talked to family. But here's something most people don't think about until it's too late: documentation.

We've seen it happen. Someone wanted preservation, everyone knew it, but missing paperwork meant delays or legal challenges that prevented it from happening. Don't let that be you.

‍

The documents that actually matter

Your biostasis contract - This is the legal authorization for us to preserve you. Without it, hospitals won't release your body and we can't proceed. Simple as that.

Patient advance directive - This tells medical staff what you want when you can't speak for yourself. It explicitly authorizes cryopreservation even if family objects. Every country has different requirements, so make sure yours is valid where you live.

Your will - Needs to explicitly mention cryopreservation. This prevents family disputes and makes your wishes legally clear. Without it, relatives can challenge everything while time runs out.

Funding documentation - If you're using life insurance, you're covered. If you're using estate assets or other arrangements, document it clearly so we know payment is secured.

Where to keep them

Physical and digital copies. Keep them somewhere your closest ones can access immediately and share it with us by uploading on your Member Zone.

‍

Just do it now

You can't sort this after you're dead. It needs to happen now while you can. And honestly, it's not complicated - get the templates from tomorrow.bio/documents, work with a lawyer if needed, get everything signed, store it properly, tell your closest ones.

‍

Your future self will thank you.
